| Over our thirty-year history, MoFA has sponsored conferences, retreats, informal gatherings and regional meetings and workshops. We are hoping to re-institute the regional meetings and workshops. Volunteers to organize such events are needed. Please contact the President or the Vice-President if you are interested. |

| EXHIBITIONS |
| A Members' Exhibit is always held at every confernce and retreat. For several years, a traveling exhibition, juried by the keynote speaker, was assembled from the Members' Exhibit and traveled to various venues in Missouri, Arkansas and Wisconsin. Currently, we are considering alternative exhibtion ideas to showcase our members' work. |

| CONFERENCES |
| A conference is held on every even numbered year. It is a more structured event with a nationally-known fiber artist as keynote speaker and juror. Gallery walk critiques, Members' Exhibit, workshops, seminars and lectures as well as a formal banquet and Members' Fashion Show are features of the event. |

| RETREATS |
| A retreat is held on every odd numbered year. It is a more informally structured and focuses on membership sharing. A special workshop is generally offered and a members' exhibit is always an important part of the weekend. |
